Music at pg电子app送体验金
The music program at pg电子app送体验金 provides an enriching experience for students from Junior Kindergarten to Grade 12. The students start with singing, Orff instruments, and rhythm-based movement activities when they are young and begin to play an instrument starting in Grade 4. Students will learn the basics of playing their instrument and will eventually become proficient at performing a wide variety of music including both traditional Concert Band and Jazz Band music.
Along with music as an important part of the curriculum, pg电子app送体验金 offers private music instruction on site for piano, violin, saxophone, guitar and voice with top local musicians as the teachers.
Choral Music Program
Given pg电子app送体验金's tradition as a chorally-driven school, choral music remains an active part of music programming at the School. Students have the opportunity to be involved in choral ensembles including the Primary Choir, Junior Choir, and Kilmarnock Singers (Senior Choir). There are many opportunities for students to perform within the School and the larger community in the surrounding areas, such as during the annual Conference of Independent Schools Music Festival (CISMF) at Roy Thomson Hall in Toronto every spring.
